Pyle, Rome has an extensive practice representing both private and public sector unions.  We represent labor organizations in all aspects of their work. This includes advice and counseling, litigating grievance/arbitrations, appearing before labor relations and other agencies on behalf of employees seeking to organize and to protest employer unfair labor practices, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and representing union interests in state and federal courts.

The unions that we represent include numerous locals of United Steelworkers of America, United Food and Commercial Workers Union, International Association of Firefighters, Service Employees International Union, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, American Federation of Government Employees, the Boston Police Superior Officers Federation and other municipal police unions, and faculty unions.  These labor organizations represent thousands of employees employed by major companies, health care institutions, human service agencies, universities, the state and federal government, and cities and towns throughout Massachusetts and New England.
