We have won a jury trial in the first case in the nation to challenge an airline's $2 per bag charge for curbside check-in. A jury has found that American Airlines violated state law by not allowing skycaps to keep this money.

We have now filed national class action lawsuits against United, US Airways, JetBlue and American challenging this $2 charge.
