| Newspaper Delivery Drivers Sue National Corporation Over Employment Status
We are now representing a group of newspaper delivery drivers who work for Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc. (PCF). In this case we are challenging the misclassification of these drivers as independent contractors, and we are also challenging, under various Massachusetts wage laws, the company's practice of docking workers for newspapers which are allegedly damaged or not delivered. In addition, we are seeking reimbursement for the expenses of the job, including gas costs, rubber bands, plastic bags, etc. We are also claiming that the company does not handle the drivers' tips properly.
