Warren H. Pyle

Warren H. Pyle is the senior founding partner of PRLE and a veteran of more than four decades of representation of workers in a wide variety of employment matters, including age, disability and sex discrimination, long term disability benefits, health and pension benefits, severance pay, wrongful discharge and related maters.

Mr. Pyle has represented college and university faculty and other professionals in denial of tenure, disability discrimination and contract disputes.

Mr. Pyle has represented a wide variety of labor organizations, including locals of United Steelworkers of America, United Food and Commercial Workers Union, International Association of Fire Fighters, and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, as well as faculty unions at Boston University, Emerson College, Berklee College, and Wentworth Institute, in contract negotiations, grievances, arbitration, and litigation.
