| Laurie R. Houle Prior to joining the firm, Laurie R. Houle worked for six years as a trial attorney for the General Counsel of the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), where she investigated and prosecuted unfair labor practice charges, conducted union elections, was a hearing officer for representation matters, and assisted parties by mediating disputes. Prior to the FLRA, Ms. Houle worked for a year in the Attorney Assisted Unit of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Ms. Houle handles a variety of labor and employment issues, including representing unions and individual employees in matters before the courts, arbitrators, and federal and state administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Federal Labor Relations Authority, the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission, the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission, and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Ms. Houle also holds a certificate in mediation.
