Erica F. Crystal

Erica F. Crystal represents individuals with discrimination, wage and retaliation claims in state and federal courts and at state agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. 

Ms. Crystal also represents employees in class action litigation concerning employment related issues such as the failure to pay proper wages and the misclassification of employees as independent contractors. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Crystal worked for seventeen years as a trial attorney in Region One of the National Labor Relations Board, where she served with the highest honors.  During her time at the NLRB, Ms. Crystal was regularly called upon to work on the Region’s high profile and more complicated cases, including those involving petitions for injunctive relief, Gissel bargaining orders, Employer lock-outs, and, surface bargaining.  Ms. Crystal also spent a significant amount of her time at the NLRB training junior attorneys.
